We’ve been in the sector for more than 35 years, and that’s why Llavely was born: a company that wants to help with today’s biggest problem, housing. Where are rentals open?
In the provinces of Madrid and Barcelona you can already create your profile, list your property and send invitations. In the other provinces, join the waiting list with your areas and we’ll email you the day we open yours.
Is it really free?
Yes. Llavely is free for tenants, landlords and agencies, with every feature: no card, no subscriptions and no small print. Always free for tenants.
Do I have to pay to be chosen?
No. For tenants, Llavely is free, always: no subscriptions and no payments. You receive unlimited invitations, chat, view and sign without paying Llavely anything. The landlord sees all candidates sorted only by match.
Can I write to the landlord of a property?
No. On Llavely tenants don’t write to anyone or race to reply first: you create your profile and the landlords and agencies with properties that match you invite you. If you accept an invitation, you can talk inside the website.
How do you verify tenants?
We check your identity (DNI or NIE with a selfie) and your income using the documents you upload. If something doesn’t add up, a member of our team reviews it. We delete the documents as soon as they’re verified, and the landlord only sees the result.
How do you verify the flats?
A member of our team checks every property by hand before it goes live, within 24 hours: that it belongs to whoever is listing it (land registry extract, title deed or IBI property-tax receipt), that the address exists and that the details and photos are real. If not, it isn’t published.
How much does it cost me as an owner?
Nothing: publishing your properties, having them verified, seeing candidates, inviting, chatting, arranging viewings and preparing the contract are all free, with every feature. Tenants never pay.
Who sees my payslips?
Nobody but the verification: we check your documents and, if something doesn’t add up, a member of our team reviews them. The landlord sees the result, for example “income verified, the rent is 26% of your income”, never the document.
How do you prevent fake listings and scams?
Every property is checked by hand by a member of our team before it goes live: that it belongs to whoever is listing it and that it exists. The chat warns about requests for money outside the platform, and every listing has a report button that we review within 24 hours.
