A member of our team checks every property by hand before it goes live, within 24 hours: that it belongs to whoever is listing it (land registry extract, title deed or IBI property-tax receipt), that the address exists and that the details and photos are real. If not, it isn’t published.
How do you verify tenants?
We check your identity (DNI or NIE with a selfie) and your income using the documents you upload. If something doesn’t add up, a member of our team reviews it. We delete the documents as soon as they’re verified, and the landlord only sees the result.
Who sees my payslips?
Nobody but the verification: we check your documents and, if something doesn’t add up, a member of our team reviews them. The landlord sees the result, for example “income verified, the rent is 26% of your income”, never the document.
Can I write to the landlord of a property?
No. On Llavely tenants don’t write to anyone or race to reply first: you create your profile and the landlords and agencies with properties that match you invite you. If you accept an invitation, you can talk inside the website.
Can I see the exact address?
Before accepting an invitation you see the approximate area on the map. The exact address appears when you accept.
Can I stay anonymous?
Yes. You choose whether the landlord sees your name, photo and video before or after you accept their invitation.
