1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser or on your device when you visit it. They are used, for example, so that the website remembers that you have logged in or what your preferences are or, if you accept them, to understand how the website is used and to show you advertising.
In this policy, the term "cookies" also covers other similar technologies that store information on your device or access it: the browser's local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage), tracking pixels or tags, SDKs in applications, and device fingerprinting techniques (fingerprinting).
2. Who is the controller?

Some cookies are set by third parties (for example, the map or analytics provider) when they provide a service to us. The table in section 4 shows who sets each cookie. Where a third party uses the data for its own purposes, it will also be a controller of that processing, and we recommend that you read its policy.
3. What types of cookies are there?
3.1. By who manages them
- First-party: sent to your device from a domain managed by Llavely.
- Third-party: sent from a domain managed by another entity.
3.2. By how long they last
- Session cookies: deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies: remain for the period stated in the table. We limit their duration to what is strictly necessary for their purpose.

4. Which cookies does Llavely use?
This is the actual list of what we store in your browser (cookies and local storage, which the law treats in the same way). If we add anything, you will see it here before we start using it.

We do not use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) or advertising cookies.
4.4. Third-party content
At present, the website does not load any third-party content that sets cookies. The maps we use (OpenFreeMap) do not set cookies although, like any server, they receive your IP address when the map is downloaded.
5. International transfers
None of the cookies on this list sends data outside the European Economic Area. For all other processing, please see the Privacy Policy.
6. How can you accept, reject or configure cookies?
6.1. On Llavely
- The first time you visit, we show you a banner where you can accept all, reject all non-necessary cookies or configure them by category. The three buttons appear at the same level and in the same format.
- Until you make a choice, we only use technical cookies. Closing the banner without choosing is the same as not accepting.
- You can change your mind or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, using the "Cookie settings" link that is always available in the footer of every page. If you withdraw your consent, we will stop using those cookies, although any that have already been set may remain in your browser until you delete them.
- Rejecting non-necessary cookies does not prevent you from using Llavely.
6.2. In your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block technical cookies, some parts of the website may not work.

7. How long do we keep your choice?
We keep your cookie preferences for 12 months, whether you accept or reject. After that period, or if we make a significant change to the cookies we use, we will ask you again.
