Invitations
No monthly limit
You invite verified tenants with no monthly cap. Each property can have no more than 15 invitations awaiting a reply at once. If someone doesn’t reply within 3 days, their invitation expires and the slot is freed; it’s also freed when they accept or decline. That way nobody gets mass invitations, and yours get read.

Tenants don’t write to you or race to reply first. You see them ranked by match with each property and invite whoever fits. Once they accept your invitation, you talk in the chat.

How does it work for agencies?
A single account with your whole rental portfolio, free, with no limit on properties or users. You invite without limits; so the tenant pool doesn’t fill up with mass invitations, each property can have at most 15 invitations awaiting a reply at once, and those not answered within 3 days expire and free up the slot. Agencies work on rentals only.
Can I list by copying the listing I already have on another site?
Yes. Paste the listing text and the website pulls out what it can: price, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, lift, terrace, furnished, neighbourhood, description… It tells you which details are missing so you can complete them before listing. You upload the photos yourself. We don’t download listings from other websites by their link.
Who does the viewings?
Your agency does. When a tenant accepts your invitation, you suggest a day and time from the dashboard, or they pick a slot within their agent’s availability. Llavely sends the confirmation, the exact address once it’s confirmed, and a reminder the day before.
How many people from my agency can log in?
As many as you need: there’s no limit on users. Each agent logs in with their own access and sees the properties assigned to them; the manager sees everything. You add and remove team members yourselves from the account.
How do you verify the flats?
A member of our team checks every property by hand before it goes live, within 24 hours: that it belongs to whoever is listing it (land registry extract, title deed or IBI property-tax receipt), that the address exists and that the details and photos are real. If not, it isn’t published.
How do you verify tenants?
We check your identity (DNI or NIE with a selfie) and your income using the documents you upload. If something doesn’t add up, a member of our team reviews it. We delete the documents as soon as they’re verified, and the landlord only sees the result.
Where are rentals open?
In the provinces of Madrid and Barcelona you can already create your profile, list your property and send invitations. In the other provinces, join the waiting list with your areas and we’ll email you the day we open yours.
