The owner sees where they stand (below, on target or above) and how many more tenants would fit at a different price.
High-pressure areas
If the property is in a stressed market area, we let the landlord know before publishing.

What does “Fair price” mean?
That the price is within the market range for its neighbourhood, calculated with the official reference index and actual rents in the area. Properties with the badge are highlighted in invitations and in sales.
Can anyone else see my price position?
No. Only you can see the meter comparing your price with the market. Publicly, only the “Fair price” badge appears when it applies.
